Hi, I'm Rachel, a qualified Personal Trainer and Sports Massage Therapist. I offer online and in-person Health & Fitness Coaching for women. Looking to kickstart your fitness journey, get stronger, lose weight or gain confidence? Through tailored training programs, effective coaching techniques, and a holistic approach, I'll help you achieve your goals.

1-1 quality in-person coaching. Achieve more than you would in a class or group setting.
Private sessions Judgement-free, personal training in a private space in Knowle, Solihull. Avoid crowded gyms and train in a supportive environment.
